Power Jam, the annual band competition held to discover budding talent in the Singapore Music scene is back, with a twist.

Aside from providing a leg up in the music industry for aspiring finalists, this year's winner will also go on to represent Singapore in the finals of the World Battle of the Band Competition!

But that's not all. Power Jam '08 will also continue the Power Singapore Music Awards! It's like our very own version of the Grammys!

This year's categories include: Best Breakout Band, Best Singapore Band, Best Local Song and Best Breakout Artist.
